Travel Insurance
We have now launched our second-generation travel insurance booking system.

As well as the online retail fully transactional system, with all policy documents and insurance certificates sent automatically by email so no human intervention is required. The travel insurance engine is also used by affiliate travel agents for over-the-counter sales with instant generation of the validation certificate to print and give to the customer or to email to them. The system has been designed and developed for the easy addition of new travel insurance ranges and for the searching and display of multiple products with a single search.
The new system also features the online registration of new insurance retail partners, with their own travel insurance website, a white label system for use on a current site or an XML feed.

2bookaholiday.com a new travel agent commissioned us to use all of our online travel experience in building them a new website.
This included website statistics, landing pages and phone numbers for different advertising campaigns so they can calculate their return on investment (ROI) and popular resort guides as a useful customer reference area.
2bookaholiday.com have been so successful in their first year that they are now expanding by leasing additional office space and taking on more staff. They turned to us for their IT installation requirements. We extended their network with additional access points for VOIP phones and data, the supply and configuration of additional PCs and additional user licenses for their Windows Exchange Server 2003.

The Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship has been held at Lakeside in Frimley Green Surrey and televised by the BBC for the last 21 years.
The 2007 Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship is the 22nd Lakeside final.
Anybody who has been to the finals will tell you it's a very special event with a unique electric Lakeside atmosphere.
Until last year the championship had never had a website to inform the 100 million+ darts fans from around the world that watch the final in person or on television.
The website is now the focal point for all of these fans to look up the latest news, results and gossip or the play darts online with our great game.

The completion of the new Lakeside International Hotel website has made the hotel even more popular, with many guests taking advantage of the convenience and very competitive prices of the online reservation system. Following the success of the Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship website, we were commissioned by Bob Potter OBE to update the websites for his 3 hotels.
Located on the edge of Aldershot, Hampshire, near Farnborough and Fleet the Potter's International Hotel is a well appointed 3-star hotel catering for business guests and tourists alike.
The comprehensive website covers all aspects of the hotel from bedrooms and suites to the fitness centre, restaurant, bars and conference facilities.
Since the completion of the website the new online reservation system is generating extra business along with traditional sales leads from the website.

With many hotel guests now demanding online access to their email accounts and the Internet a wireless (Wifi) network is an essential amenity for any modern hotel.
Potter's International Hotel in Aldershot was one of the first hotels in the UK to be fitted with a wireless (Wifi) network, but the facilities were feeling their age. We have upgraded the wireless (Wifi) networking using the latest technology. The new system is much easier to use, which has instantly increased customer satisfaction with a dramatic reduction in number of customer problems.
Lakeside International Hotel and Lakeside Continental Hotels have never benefitted from having a wireless network, so they commissioned us to fit them in both hotels.
Mission accomplished, the networks have been an instant success with many guests taking advantage of the facilities.
Lakeside Studios are a recording studio for all types of audio work from telephone interactive voice recording (IVR) and music on-hold to
instruction manual, safety messages, commercials and background music. They also organise and record translations into any language a client requires.
Lakeside Studios have much experience in arranging corporate events for product launches, special events and corporate open days.
They specialise in finding and engaging the right celebrities to make an event that extra bit special.
